In some instances Security Inventory reports negative number of vulnerabilities

As reported here, in some instances, the Security Inventory is reporting negative numbers of vulnerabilities.

That report was for a Self-Managed customer, but we were able to find records on GitLab.com that also had negative numbers.

This should not be happening. It is unclear what is causing the negative numbers and further investigation will be required.
