🗣️ Feedback: Image previews (Bugs + Enhancements)🖼️

Current Status

Generally available to all users, not behind a feature flag.

Purpose

Image previews, or lightboxes, allow users to open images without leaving the context they're in. These images appear at the largest scale available in the viewport, meaning you can scale down images in a comment or description, while still allowing users to see larger images easisly.

Additionally this adds traversal controls to quickly review multiple images, such as before/after images used in MRs.

Feedback tips

1. If a thread already exists, please add a comment under that thread
2. If not, start a new thread. It's helpful to add a heading # with bug: or idea: to help easily parse what needs to be fixed vs. what can be enhanced.
3. Provide as much context as possible for bugs: in which contexts does this bug appear (e.g. an issue comment, an MR description)? Does it happen with all images or only some?
