[Bug] BE: Return correct work items in issue boards when we have a new lifecycle for tasks

1. Create a fresh group
2. Create some tasks and issues and create status list for "To do" in issue board
3. Go to issue settings page of the group and change the lifecycle for tasks where the default open status is "Start" or something new when you map the statuses in the change lifecycle screen
4. Now visit the issue boards page
5. See that the items are correctly filtered in boards list
