Wiki Page Git Repository URL Copy Function Shows Success But Fails to Copy

Description
On project Wiki pages:

1. Click the "Clone repository" button in the top-right menu
2. Click the copy icon next to the repository URL
3. System shows "Copied" notification
4. Actual paste operation shows clipboard wasn't updated

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any project's Wiki page
2. Click "Clone repository" in the top-right menu
3. Click the copy icon next to HTTP/SSH URL
4. Attempt to paste elsewhere

Expected Behavior
Clipboard should contain the repository URL

Actual Behavior
Clipboard content remains unchanged (Tested on Chrome 140)

Additional Information

• No errors in browser console
• Manual text selection and copy works normally
• Reproducible on both SaaS and self-managed instances (including v18.3.1)

Environment

• GitLab SaaS (gitlab.com)
• Self-managed v18.3.1
