Show some description about the model in the user dropdown

Currently, the user model selection dropdown has no information about the model.

This isn't a good user experience. We should be providing some meta information about the model, for example:

If "GPT 5 Codex" is selected, on hover, it should say "OpenAI's latest coding model, good for daily coding tasks", or similar.
