Page flickering whenever alert message appears while issue details is open in drawer view
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the issue in drawer mode (click on any issue from issues page)
- From three dot menu, click buttons like Copy reference, Copy issue email address, and notice the page flickering when alert message appears.
Tested on: OS - Tahoe 26, Browser - Safari 26.0
