Drop author_email column from SshSignatures table

As a followup to Ignore author email column on ssh_signatures table (!198725 - merged) we need to drop the unused author_email column on the SshSignatures table.

In Ignore author email column on ssh_signatures table (!198725 - merged) we have set the column as ignored.
