Pipeline schedules do not run

I have weekly pipeline schedules that ran last week but did not automatically run this week. The scheduled time came and passed, but the "Next run" said a time in the past: “Next Run”: “4 minutes ago” and they never started I had to manually start them. After that the "Next Run" updated for the next week. I am not running my own gitlab instance this happened on gitlab.com. There are other users who have this issue here:
