Create only MR from issue when branch only exists

Proposal

When creating an MR from an issue today there are two options:

1. Create merge request and branch
2. Create branch

If there is already a branch create in the repository, there is no way to "connect" to that branch.

It would be great if there was an option to no create a branch and just create a merge request.
