Intermittent ActiveRecord::NoDatabaseError

Environment: Self-hosted CE Gitlab Server based on Gitlab helm chart with database on RDS
Helm chart version: 9.3.2
Gitlab version: v18.3.2

We are facing intermittent ActiveRecord::NoDatabaseError (We could not find your database: <database_name>. Available database configurations can be found in config/database.yml. in webservice component. It happens once or twice a day. RDS database does not experience any issues. No pods in the gitlab-server helm release restart or crash. No more than 10 users are using the application at a time. We could not confirm that the issue happens when more than 20 pipelines start at the same time.
