Navigate to epics I care about

• Right now it is difficult to navigate to epics I care about.
• Perhaps we need a way to better navigate.
• Currently in the top nav bar, you can navigate to issues and merge requests dashboards at the top right.
• Similarly, you can navigate to groups, milestones, etc. at the top left.
• Does epics belong to one of these areas?
