Add documentation for new dashboard features

We will need to document the new security dashboard's features (group- and project-level) before we can officially release them.

This should include:

1. Description and function of various charts
2. Filters
3. Links from charts to the related vulnerability reports
4. Setup (ES needed)
5. Etc.
