Swap names between vulnerability_ocurrences.new_uuid and vulnerability_occurences.uuid

Once the vulnerability occurrences new uuid is being populated and filled in correctly, and has been backfilled, we should now be safe to swap this column name in the database and reflect that we should now use the uuid column at the application level again.
