Add beta feature version badge to Virtual Registry UI

Problem

When Virtual Registry launches its UI in beta, we need to ensure the UI clearly indicates its feature version status. Pajamas guidelines require experiment and beta features to be explicitly labeled in the product UI.

Solution

• Add a feature version badge to the Virtual Registry UI.
• Follow the Pajamas guidelines for placement, style, and accessibility of feature version badges.
