Reply... button sometimes doesn't focus markdown editor

Sometimes when you click the 'Reply...' button in merge requests it will not focus the markdown editor. This usually happens when you back-forward navigate the page or remove the focus from the window. The bug is tricky to reproduce because it doesn't happen all the time.

It is expected that the markdown editor is always focused when the 'Reply...' button is clicked.
