Why are we doing this work

We've introduced the vulnerability scanning capability in the Dependency Scanning analyzer with #542829 (closed) but skipped the E2E test in the initial MR: gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/dependency-scanning!221 (comment 2738286433)

We must now implement these tests.
