UX Improvement: Maintain archive button loading state until redirect on archive settings

For better UX, we should keep the archive button in a loading state after successfully archiving a group or project.

Currently, it returns to its normal state afterwards. There is a small window where you can re-click the button before the page redirects to the groups or project's overview page.
