Document how to deploy a self-hosted DAP service with TLS

In the experimental release of DAP Self-Hosted, we were only able to specify how to run DAP service without TLS (SSL certificate).

However, this is a security concern and enterprise customers would like to deploy DAP service behind TLS, just as they do with the AI Gateway service.

We were able to specify how to run DAP service behind TLS because DAP service is a gRPC server, and the method to introduce TLS on such a service via nginx is different from how we do it for HTTP webservers.
