Compliance framework status drawer - make it clearer they have passed

Problem to solve

In the compliance center status report drawer, when a control has passed it still says "How to fix". This could be confusing as it implies that there is still something that requires fixing, when there isnt.

Proposal

Add a conditional to this section that checks if the control status is passed. It it hasnt then continue to show the "How to fix" section. But if it has passed then show a new section that explains what has passed and direct user to the docs if needed
