Status handling improvements

Requirements

• Currently, it only shows the status emoji on the avatar. There is no way to see the status text. => A tooltip should be added to display the status text.
• When opening the set status modal, it doesn't show the selected clear status after time. => Show selected clear status after time
• Focus shape around avatar should not be square
