Flow Triggers - Pipeline Failure Trigger

User should be able to select Pipeline failure as an event for an agent to be triggered in a Flow trigger. When any pipeline fails in the project, it should then invoke the agent which could then either fix the pipeline by implementing the change or recommending the change that should be implemented.
