Align snoozing behaviour with todo list

Requirements

• Instead of hiding a todo item immediately after selecting snooze for it, it should show the snooze indicator:
• If users refresh the page, the snoozed element is not shown anymore.
• If users refresh again after the snooze time is over, the item should be shown again
