Summary

When creating access tokens the scopes are not sorted adding cognitive load.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to your profile
2. Click on tokens and create an access token
3. Observe the list being an unsorted list

What is the current bug behavior?

The list of scopes is not sorted

What is the expected correct behavior?

List is sorted in an ascending order based on the name (A>Z).
