Presenting a build to Runner is slow

Summary

We want to carry on with further investigation of the application performance.

We optimized most of the problems but we still have a slowness when presenting the found build to Runner. The problem is mainly with variables calculation; some projects have some long variables that are difficult to encrypt and decrypt.
