IaC control not showing

Problem

IaC scanning compliance control is not working in the compliance center. It can be added to a compliance framework, but no results show in the compliance status report and an error shows when removing it from the framework.

Steps to reproduce

1. create a framework
2. create a requirement
3. add IaC scanning as a control (can add others too)
4. Apply it to a project
5. Run pipeline
6. Look at the compliance center status
7. No IaC scanning
