Show external links from artifacts:reports:annotations collected and shown together in merge requests
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
Currently, adding simple links to be shown next to pipeline results in MRs is tricky.

- There are workarounds by using dynamic environments, but then those environments pile up.

But maybe the easiest would be to slightly extend the artifacts:reports:annotations feature. Currently those external links are shown only when in the job view, but they could also be collected and shown together in related merge requests?
