shrug/tableflip commands shouldn't delete text following them

Summary

Using /shrug or /tableflip commands which simply insert emoticons shouldn't remove all text after them. Of course it's expected that more meaningful commands should be placed on separate lines, since they take arguments etc, however, these commands shouldn't blindly remove text following them, since they're meant to be used in the middle of text.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use /shrug or /tableflip and write text on the same line in any text editor field on GitLab
2. Save or preview the text, see that any text following these commands is gone
