3. Ask: "What are the child items of the current epic?"

Expected vs Actual:

• Expected: Returns child items of epic &18782 (current page)
• Actual: Returns child items of epic &18115 instead

Evidence: Chat response states "Examining the child items of epic 18115" and shows "Duo Agentic Chat - Security Use Cases" epic (&18115) details rather than the current epic &18782.

Impact: Users cannot get accurate information about the epic they're currently viewing.
