Update work item when a user comments from the drawer on the work item list

Summary

When a user adds a comment from the drawer, unlike other attributes, the comment count is not immediately updated. Also, if the list is updated by Updated date, it does not move to top of the list.

Steps to reproduce

Prerequisites

1. To test project issues list, enable FF work_items_project_issues_list
2. Te test work items list, enable FF work_item_planning_view
3. Make sure drawer is enabled
   1. Enable FF issues_list_drawer
   2. Check the Open items in side panel under list preference beside search filters

Steps

1. Go to Project > Issues or Work items depending upon the FF
2. Comment on an older item
3. Verify if the comment count is updated
4. If list is sorted by Updated date, item should be on the top.

  Note to reviewer: The comments are not updated unless page is refreshed. This is similar on legacy list and work items list. I think this will be needed since other attributes are updated. I'll raise a new issue for it.
