Error with your device after log in (WebAuthn)

Summary

This only recently started happening

After signing in, I see this error page.

Screenshot_2025-08-12_at_2.21.58_PM

The JS console has this error: TypeError: CredentialsContainer.get: Missing required 'challenge' member of PublicKeyCredentialRequestOptions

Steps to reproduce

  1. Register a WebAuthn device (Yubikey)
  2. Sign out
  3. Sign in

Workaround

From slack, disabling the 1Password extension allows logins to occur

What is the current bug behavior?

An error page immediately appears after sign-in. Clicking Try again? does not work.

Cannot use Yubikey as the 2FA. Need to use OTP instead

What is the expected correct behavior?

The prompt to activate the Yubikey appears
