Clicking pending comment from review pane does not jump to comment

Summary

Clicking a diff comment from Your review jumps to the Changes tab but does not scroll to comment.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a pending comment on a diff (i'm not sure but I suspect that the comment has to be on a diff that is large)
2. Navigate to Overview tab and refresh page
3. Click Your review
4. Click comment
5. Changes tab open
