GitLab's Issues APIs updated to include the work item status.

Problem to solve

Currently when using the API to find issues, we cannot use the work item status either as a parameter, or in the returned JSON, to locate issues of interest that have a specific status.

Proposal

Update the APIs to support Work Item Status

• Issues REST API
• Issues GraphQL Request use the work items GraphQL query instead

(Perhaps the GraphQL and REST APIs could be tracked as separate issues)
