Update workspace web ide image to remove asdf

Follow up on the discussion here, we should finally remove Dockerfile.workspaces-web-ide contents regarding to asdf and publish the image.

Acceptance criteria

• After the web ide and vscode extension repos are using mise, we should remove asdf from dockerfile installation
