Sync Vulnerability ES index on LFK deletions

Place holder issue to sync ES vulnerability index on loose foreign key deletions of vulnerability.

1. We had a scenario where the author of vulnerability on deletion triggers a LFK deletion of the vulnerability and we have sync ES for this case. Refer LKF mappings here.

As it was very rare case for phase-1 we deferred this sync case. Refer: #535117 (comment 2480396963)

Note that once we have &18520 or &17835 manual sync for LFK deletions to ES are not required.
