Experiment - Swap "Billing" language for "Subscription"

Problem

Currently the name for the Group Billing page in the nav is "Billing", which isn't truly representative of the content that lives within in, especially for Free + Trial users. Updating the menu item to "Subscription" would create a header that is more reflective of the content within it, while at the same time aligning the language that we use for Subscription management.
