UI: Remove upstream from Maven virtual registry
Context
In #493842[Registry-with-upstream.png] we designed the trash icon to denote deleting the upstream.

Proposal
With shareable upstreams, deleting upstream may cause downstream effects, so instead we can disassociate an upstream using the registry with this API: https://docs.gitlab.com/api/maven_virtual_registries/#disassociate-an-upstream-from-a-registry
