Update the Security Dashboard to enable filtering by tag or branch

Once the underlying finder and resolver API's have been appropriately updated to allow for the security dashboard to filter by ref at the project level (ref filtering at namespace level is not supported), then we need to update the interface to allow the user to apply the appropriate filter to the data being requested.
