Update cards of Registration Flow using LRF Patterns

Problem

Currently in our existing registration flow there are a very diverse set of styles for each step. As a result this leads to differing performance in darkmode, as well as large differences in how they render on the page. We are currently working on the Light Weight Registration flow, depending on its performance, we could look to take the styling from the cards, and then apply that to the flow. That way we are able to make some immediate impact on the flow, while awaiting a larger redesign flow. There would be no changes to the fields, and additional content on the screen, purely the cards and how they are rendered on the screen.
