Remove no longer needed columns from the vulnerability_occurrences table

In #555979 (closed) we added a variety of non-ref context columns that existed on the vulnerability_occurrences table to the vulnerabilities table, updated ingestion to fill them in and backfilled them before updating GitLab to retrieve this data from these columns.

Now finally, it should be safe to remove these columns from the vulnerability_occurrences table.
