Update Sbom Finders to retrieve their sbom records from the sbom_occurrence_reads table

Once we've created the sbom_occurrence_reads table, configured the sbom ingestion process to write to it appropriately and have backfilled the necessary historical data, it should now be safe to configure the sbom finders to retrieve their data from here instead of directly from the sbom_occurrences table.
