[BUG] Mirroring Functionality on import broken

Summary

When you try to import and mirror a repo, in my case this one, it goes through with the bare clone, but does not enable mirroring.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to New Project
• Import project
• Repository by URL
• Put in the URL
• Check mirroring box
• Click "Create Project"
• Check for mirroring in the repo settings
