Change the icon for kind filter for jobs

Proposal

The kind filter on the jobs list view currently uses preference icon. The kind icon has been added to the design system, but isn't ready to be used yet. gitlab-svgs!1221 (merged) until until GitLab UI repo is updated with "@gitlab/svgs": "3.142.0" .

Once the repo is updated, we should change the icon immediately for the filter too.
