Remove "Unable to create pipeline" error after user successfuly goes through identity verification process.

If the identity verification step was complete, the error message "Unable to create pipeline" would be out of date

1. Commit or run pipeline
2. Two error messages ("verify my identity" and "unable to create pipeline") display on pipeline page
3. Complete IV on IV page
4. Automatically routes you back to pipeline page
5. Currently "verify my identity" alert disappears but "Unable to create pipeline" alert still persists

User should be able to create a pipeline at the point
