Geo: Add integration tests for switching between legacy and v2 project repo replication

Once project replication v2 is added, we want to test that switching between legacy and v2 replication is seamless - no data loss, consistent metrics in the UI.

Tasks:

• Manually testing: UI is updated with correct current status, confirmed through rails console, registry is updating foreign keys correctly

  • going from legacy to v2
  • going from v2 to legacy

• Add integration tests:

  • repos are replicated based on replication version (correct foreign keys used by registry and replicator)
