Filter namespace drop down on new project form

When I visit the new project form through an Organization scoped path like /o/my-new-organization/projects/new?namespace_id=95#blank_project the namespace drop down (circled below) should only contain namespaces within the current Organization. The namespace filtering should be applied to both groups and personal namespaces.
