Show CSP Group Frameworks for Top-Level Groups

Background

We're introducing the ability to designate a group as the Compliance and Security Policy (CSP) group. Frameworks and policies created in this group can be enforced across all top-level groups in the instance.

Implementation

Add an additional fetch for CSP Frameworks when retrieving the frameworks for a given top-level group.

Acceptance Criteria

• All frameworks, including the CSP Group's frameworks, are visible when viewing the frameworks tab in the Compliance Centre.
