Linking to other issues doesn't work from ServiceDesk issue

Summary

After creating issues via ServiceDesk, linking to other issues does not work.

Steps to reproduce

  • Created a new project
  • Emailed to the Service Desk twice to create two issues (issue1 and issue2)
    • Result: both are being displayed with the "old" view (without Status or Parent in the bar on the right)
    • Trying to link these two issues shows error "Issue cannot be found"

What is the current bug behavior?

ServiceDesk issues cannot be linked.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should be possible to link ServiceDesk issues.
