Editing a file via the UI doesn't update the Elasticsearch index

Summary

If I edit a file directly in the GitLab UI, it is not picked up on by the elasticsearch commit indexer.

What is the current bug behavior?

Project must be reindexed before the changes appear

What is the expected correct behavior?

Changes should appear automatically

Possible fixes
