Update the vulnerability report to allow users to filter by branch

Once all the necessary infrastructure has been built up such that vulnerabilities are now being appropriately tracked by their ref, attributed as such during ingestion and the finders have been updated to allow for filtering by this new information, we should at least be ready to allow the FE to filter the vulnerability information by the related security_project_refs_id via the GraphQL api and present this information to the user accordingly.
