How to manage BE/FE/UX needing to use weights independently?

• For a given issue that is intended to improve GitLab, and that is worked on by GitLabbers, three parties are involved, FE, BE, and UX.
• All three parties individually do assignments and capacity management.
• So if we want to move toward a future where we use weights more reliably for tracking how good we are at estimation and delivery, then we need to solve this problem, where we currently only have one weight field.
• One idea is having multiple weight fields. But that seems to be very messy and inelegant.
